Wordless Wednesday?

Wordless?   As if!!

As mentioned, I've been taking advantage of the time off this week to tidy up a bit.  It's Life Changing, I swear it is.  So for Wordless Wednesday, here are a few pics of things that are gone / going away.

  • Meego's consumed Secret Santa gift bag from percussion camp = The Gift of Diabetes:

  • Wolfgang's wrapped contribution for his workplace Yankee Swap.  Any guesses?
Hint:  it's one of the wonders that is the Chia Pet, but which one??

  • No, it wasn't ugly sweater day at Magnum's work.  They had a tie-dye day to honor a deceased coworker.  Faces have been blurred to protect the innocent.

  • In our local news, we have the story of The Big Blue Frame.  Creatures were stirring.  Even the mice.  It's gone, but destined to return... somewhere?

  • In other news, I sold Bicycle Alice this week to a good home.  I'm 😊/😢 about it.  Will speak of it later.  Maybe.

  • And as I was organizing my computer files, I noticed something missing from the photo below.

    Whatizzit?  Anyone?

  1. I am rarely wordless myself ha ha.

Now I could be wrong but is it the spelling of Mountain?

  2. I don't know Abby, after climbing 14,074 ft it could be pronounced Moutain.

  3. I'm glad Ginny noticed as I'm not sure I would, I was thinking there was some secret message in the cloud formation.

  4. I noticed the missing N, but it took me a minute.
So Bella and Alice have now moved out? How many “kids” does that leave you? My memory is telling me it’s only one, but that doesn’t seem possible. :)

    1. Good job. It took me 5 months to notice the missing N.
*SIGH* Alice is gone. I have Ariel, and Bella is still here as my Snow bike as well as my I-can't-have-just-one-bike bike.

  5. I saw in the news about the Big Blue Frame. I'm glad it didn't last long, I don't understand why anyone would think that was a good idea...even if they wanted to boost tourism and/or social media presence. Is it really that important? Doesn't the Garden of the Gods have an active visitor presence without a sign like that?

Totally didn't notice the missing N until it was pointed out. :)

Peyton leaves bags of candy wrappers for me to throw away for him...all the time...where does all the candy come from!?

    1. Ugh, that Big Blue Frame. I heard that even the workers who installed it hated it. Garden of the Gods gets PLENTY of tourism. What it needs is more bathrooms!

  6. I had trouble noticing the missing N even after it was pointed out. You could just photoshop that in anyway. Also, I would've said Albert Camus the same as you. Somebody once pointed out to me that when people mispronounce a word they've read it's a sign that person is a reader and ought to be cherished. Wishing you and yours a happy holiday!

    1. I like your version of the mispronunciation explanation :).
      Merry Christmas, Linda!
