Hidden

This week's Illustration Friday prompt is "hidden", and my submission is really hidden.  It's so hidden, it's nonexistent.  I win!

I've decided that, until after this round of fall college admission testing is over and my tutor schedule is clear, I'm on hiatus from Illustration Friday.  I sat down this morning to do "some" homework and ended up completing the whole dang packet.  I rather think it's a work of art, but I won't post it here.

And I have to vent a little about this current tutee who has total princess syndrome.  Is that a thing?  TPS?  Well, it is to me!  If I have to listen to one more story about how cute and popular and desired she is, I won't be responsible for my actions.   No wonder she has such sh*tty test scores, there are no questions on there about HER.

Okay, I've vented.  And thankful that I enjoyed a nice run this morning (sorry ShadowRun!), or it would've been worse.

Can you charge more for cuteness sickness? And from what I've ran into where the old crowd is concerned, she will revert to this obnoxious behavior the minute she is eligible for medicare.

Poor little insecure thing... It's going to be a shocker when her cuteness factor lessens or becomes less dependable... as in with you. Make her shut up and work!

I'll miss the illustrations. Guess you gotta give up some of your play time. :) Get back to them when you can.

I can totally see that happening with her in about 40 years if life doesn't slap her in the face. And you're right, they're not paying me enough.

Most of the time I'm having to build my students' confidence, but this one needs a good dose of reality! And it's not pretty.
Twelve more days of no play time, but who's counting?

Oh yes, that IS a thing. And it's REALLY annoying!

She must be deeply insecure really. You almost hope.

I'll miss your illustrations too, I know I don't comment as much a should but I always check them out!

My co-worker had TPS! Remember her? She's gone now, thank gawd!
I'll miss your works of art, but am thrilled that you're still blogging. I was hoping your school work wouldn't get in the way of that!
After three weeks, I'm beginning to miss running, but luckily I haven't had anyone or anything make me NEED to run.

Sound like little princess needs a serious dose of reality. A good run is way more therapeutic than a shrink or a drink.

Good call, giving yourself a break where it's needed. You've got a LOT on your plate these days, and while I do tend to think of you as somewhat akin to Wonder Woman, even superheroes have their breaking point.

The Princess? Give her extra homework, just because.

Weren't TPS reports the cause of everyone's ire in "Office Space"?
Maybe that's what it stood for!
